RPCuk has the expertise and experience to offer premium assistance with the introduction and management of an enterprise planning solution and has successfully completed assignments in the construction, energy, oil and gas, rail and utilities industries in the UK, Europe and Africa. In fact, we are one of only a handful of specialists in the UK with the knowledge and experience to implement project delivery software at enterprise level.

There is more to implementing a planning solution than just installing the software. We also offer product configuration, customisation, deployment, knowledge transfer and exploitation.

Exploitation may be a harsh word but we use it to mean helping clients to achieve the best possible return on a planning solution investment - and as soon as practically possible. With this in mind, we always recommend an incremental approach to implementation. There are several advantages to this approach but high on the list is the attraction of realising rapid benefits from a series of 'quick wins'.

An investment in planning software is not a silver bullet that will guarantee project delivery success. Planning tools can contribute to effective project management but must be deployed as an integral part of an overall approach to project control and management. This is why you will find that, early on in any discussions, we will ask about your overall project management philosophy, how you envisage incorporating planning software into your approach and the specific objectives that you expect to achieve from implementing your chosen planning software product.
