Environmental Policy

As a commercial venture, we endeavour to operate our business profitably but we take reasonable steps to ensure that we do so with minimal impact upon the climate and natural resources of our planet. Quite apart from recognising that we have a societal obligation to act responsibly, we do believe that there are sound business reasons for being sensitive to the environmental footprint of our business.

The measures that we have implemented in this respect include...

• taking reasonable steps to minimise energy consumption and waste and to prevent pollution
• responsible disposal of any waste generated as a consequence of our business activities
• using recycled materials wherever feasible and practical
• offsetting the carbon emissions generated by our business travel and from maintaining and operating our office facilities
• maintaining close relationships with relevant local and national authorities and environmental agencies, as appropriate
