Introductory Certificate in Project Management

This is the entry level APM qualification and is ideal for those looking to gain an understanding of basic project management principles or those interested in embarking on a successful and challenging project management.

APMP Complete Project Management (Residential)

Course Code: APM2  |  Duration: 5 Days
This course leads to a professionally recognised qualification in project management at IPMA level D and has been developed to make meeting the challenges of project management a little easier.

APMP Complete Project Management (Non-Residential)

Course Code: APM3  |  Duration: 5 Days
This course leads to a professionally recognised qualification in project management at IPMA level D and has been developed to make meeting the challenges of project management a little easier.

APMP Examination Preparation

Course Code: APM4  |  Duration: 2 Days
This course prepares candidates for the APM foundation level, knowledge based examination and assumes that delegates have received prior instruction either as part of a relevant course or as part of a self-study programme.

Practitioner Qualification Examination Preparation

Course Code: APM5  |  Duration: 2 Days
This course prepares delegates to achieve a professionally recognised APM Practitioner project management qualification at IPMA level C by offering information on pre-requisites and participation in activities similar to those used in the assessment.

Risk Certificate Level 1

Course Code: APM6  |  Duration: 2 Days
This course follows the latest edition of the APM PRAM Guide and takes the the effective management of risk beyond the level of the APMP achieve a Level 1 Certificate in Risk Management on successful completion of the 1 hour multiple choice examination.

Risk Certificate Level 2

Course Code: APM7  |  Duration: 2 Days
This course gives project and risk managers the opportunity to gain recognition as an experienced risk practitioner. It prepares delegates for the APM Level 2 Certificate in Risk Management and presents the opportunity to sit the examination.
