P6 training is one of the pillars of RPC’s long-established Primavera business. We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our 100% employee-owned company and help us to bring the benefit of our 30 years of expertise to more members of the project controls community.
Here at RPC, we’ve been delivering Primavera training for more than 30 years and are widely recognised in the project controls and planning industries as the leaders in our field. Our trainers all have industry experience in the project controls arena and we think that sets us apart from our competitors. Being able to bring that experience to the classroom means that we can offer real-world examples, hands-on knowledge and a real ability to make our training relevant to the delegates’ every-day working life.
The Training Consultant role identifies, develops, delivers and evaluates learning interventions, primarily in Oracle Primavera software, but in other subjects as reasonably required. Technical expertise and interpersonal skills are combined to deliver our company purpose: to enable our clients to build a better future for everyone.
Learning Solutions
Through the creation, continuous improvement and delivery of industry-leading solutions the Training Consultant helps to develop our clients' knowledge, skills and behaviours. Incorporating relevant, real-world examples and exercises reflecting contemporary industry best practice ensures that our training remains inclusive and adaptable and at all times meeting client needs. The Training Consultant will maintain and develop operating procedures, training systems and virtual environments to ensure that systems remain current and accurate.
Technical Expertise
The Training Consultant will stay current in product, industry and learning developments and trends, providing subject matter expertise to internal and external contacts and contributing to technical content, articles and marketing activities to support the business.
Customer Success
Building ongoing relationships with delegates and partnerships with client organisations, the Training Consultant will understand client requirements and gather, evaluate and act upon feedback. Contributions to webinars, digital content and social media will cement customer relationships and enable us to share customer success stories.
Business Development
The Training Consultant will contribute to product demonstrations, consultancy, implementations and support through producing proposals and solution designs and participating at industry events.
We are looking for an experienced Primavera user and project controls professional who can help us to grow this key part of our business, both by delivering training and creating and updating the necessary training content. We pride ourselves on our personal approach and friendly team – we know that our delegates appreciate the warm welcome they get here in Leeds and on our online courses.
