Primavera P6 EPPM is a scalable, multi‑project planning and controls solution that centralises all enterprise projects in one environment. It builds on the full capability of P6 PPM with added dashboard reporting, portfolio management and web-based access.

EPPM enables teams to budget, prioritise, plan and manage multiple projects, optimise shared resources and control change. It supports WBS, OBS, CPM scheduling, resource levelling and user‑defined fields for structuring complex data.
