Our Learning Consultancy Service provides bespoke learning solutions based on the content of our full portfolio of Oracle Primavera and Project Management Skills training. You may require a combination of our standard courses, a pix-and-mix selection of modules rather than a full course, or fully bespoke courseware written to follow your own specific processes or behavioural requirements.
We offer Fundamentals and Advanced training in Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle's flagship planning and scheduling tool, as well as a full range of modules covering all aspects of Oracle Primavera Cloud Service, including scheduling, portfolio management, administration and more. We can create on-demand eLearning modules that are video-based to demonstrate step-by-step instruction for business processes created as part of a Unifier deployment, which can be hosted by RPC or on a client’s existing LMS.
To support our specific product-related training we also offer a range of skills courses in project management, process improvement and more.
We can support a variety of delivery options to suit your needs: classroom courses at our offices outside Leeds or in your own location, online via Microsoft Teams or a combination of the two, including phased learning as part of a volume-based onboarding programme or rollout strategy. We can also create bite-sized, self-paced eLearning content to be hosted on your own LMS or by RPC.
