RPC UK is committed to delivering high-quality services that help our customers plan, manage and control their projects with confidence. Quality for us means doing the right things consistently, learning from experience and maintaining the standards our customers expect. Our approach to quality follows the principles of ISO 9001, using its guidance to support consistency, customer focus and continuous improvement across the business. This policy applies to all employees, contractors and partners working on behalf of RPC.
Our Commitment to Quality
We aim to understand customer needs clearly and ensure our work meets agreed requirements. Our ways of working are designed to be simple, reliable and scalable so that customers receive a consistent experience no matter who they interact with. Quality is built into planning, project delivery, training, technical support and all supporting operations, including finance and administration.
How We Maintain Quality
We maintain clear processes across delivery, support and operations and expect teams to follow them consistently. We encourage open communication with customers and act quickly on feedback, issues or opportunities for improvement. Our people have the skills and experience needed to deliver high-quality work, and we support ongoing learning and development. We work with suppliers who meet our standards and collaborate closely with them to ensure quality in the products and services we depend on.
Roles and Responsibilities
Quality is the responsibility of everyone at RPC. Employees are expected to take ownership of their work, raise concerns early and look for opportunities to improve how we operate. Senior managers ensure processes are followed, monitor performance and support their teams in maintaining quality standards. The Operations Director oversees quality management across the organisation and ensures our processes remain effective, scalable and aligned with customer needs.
Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if changes in the business, customer expectations or good practice require it.
