Primavera P6 EPPM Earned Value Management Fundamentals - Onsite

This course is an introduction to the Earned Value Management (EVM) technique for measuring and monitoring project delivery progress and how EVM is applied in Primavera P6 EPPM.

Course Summary

This course provides a solid background to EVM theory with proven techniques and also empowers application administrators to configure the Primavera P6 EPPM application correctly. You should attend this course if you are using P6 Release 8 and above and intend to implement EVM performance metrics. This course will also provide implementers with a solid understanding of what can and cannot be achieved in P6 EPPM with "out of the box" EVM configuration.
