Developed by RPC for MoD DE&S, where it played a key role in the drive to streamline procurement and make savings, this solution enables clients to track and report on the earned value of complex projects with confidence and clarity, including fully ANSI / EIA-748 compliant reporting capabilities.
Building on the success of our NEC4 Contract Management solution is this FIDIC equivalent, supporting the internationally recognised suite of contracts used and mandated on many large infrastructure projects worldwide. Integrating contract management as part of a wider project controls solution offers seamless communication and visibility benefits not possible with competitor products.
This risk module allows clients to use Unifier to manage risks at project, portfolio or company level, defining and tracking mitigation actions and reporting as required. Developed for the MoD SDA, this risk solution has applications far wider than just defence and capabilities far wider than other point solutions for risk.
In 2025, we were proud to be awarded the title of Oracle Global Partner of the Year in the Construction and Engineering Industry Solutions category. This prestigious award recognises the work we have done in the development of our NEC4 Contract Management solution for Unifier – the first in our suite of Unifier solutions now available. In building this solution and – crucially – in licensing it back to Oracle, we have done something no other Oracle Partner has achieved and created a product that can be sold worldwide by Oracle and their Partners.

Having worked for 10 years at Primavera and subsequently Oracle, John has deep ties with Oracle teams in the UK, US and beyond. His extensive hands-on knowledge of industry challenges as a civil engineer, and solid understanding of the strategic issues involved in the delivery of large-scale capital projects give him a strong client focus that informs everything we do and the ways in which we work at RPC.
Dave’s Unifier expertise is second to none. As Technical Director he shapes the direction of development, growth and innovation within RPC, but he is also a respected member of Oracle’s own Unifier product development team and is acknowledged as a leading expert in architecting and delivering Oracle Primavera solutions.
With a background in contract management – particularly FIDIC and NEC4 – Nathan leads our team in creating out-of-the-box Unifier solutions. Although driven by customer demand, we don’t just deliver these solutions to our own clients, but license back to Oracle as products that can be sold by Oracle team members and other partners.
Chris has a passion for shaping efficient, trusted and integrated solutions for clients across a number of specialist disciplines, including document control, cost management, change management and particularly NEC contracts. Even better when these deliver compliance, control and collaborative working practices: our Unifier solutions tick all these boxes.
