Our agenda for the Primavera Project Professionals Conference 2026 is a line-up of Primavera industry experts and hands-on users across the full Primavera suite of products. Each speaker has a wealth of experience in the project controls space and their presentations cover software-led deep dives, user case studies, third-party tools that integrate with Primavera to augment your core functionality and more.
Mike joins the conference via a video message welcoming delegates to the day. He’ll be reflecting on his personal experience of the Primavera legacy, how it is built on helping the world’s most complex projects plan and deliver with confidence and how the long-standing partnerships between Primavera, Oracle, RPC and the UK user community have contributed to this success – and looking forward to how Oracle is continuing to build on that legacy.
P6 remains the trusted scheduling foundation for complex capital projects around the globe, but Primavera is now so much more – and growing all the time. In the event’s keynote presentation, Vice President of Global Product at Oracle Construction and Engineering, Ryan Kunisch shares the vision of Oracle product development for the future, exploring how Oracle Primavera Cloud multiplies the value of the P6 install base through cloud collaboration, connected planning and portfolio insight and how Construction and Engineering intelligence makes schedule and project data more actionable through practical, context-aware artificial intelligence. He’ll share the strategic aims to connect the project lifecycle around the schedule without compromising the depth and rigour that customers depend on and demonstrate Oracle’s powerful advantage in the ability to invest across specialised project-delivery applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, enterprise applications, data and AI. The promise? Preserve what customers value about P6 while making scheduling more connected, intelligent and valuable.
Ireland’s population and economic growth is increasing demand for housing and infrastructure. This has brought a step change in water sector investment, with Uisce Éireann progressing a €10.2 billion programme for 2025–2029 alongside funding to support housing capacity. Converting investment at this scale into public value requires integrated governance, dependable data and delivery controls. The solution linked Copperleaf for portfolio planning and prioritisation, Oracle Primavera Cloud for risk and contingency, P6 for scheduling and Unifier for cost, contract, budget, change and governance workflows. Integration with Oracle e-Business Suite and Maximo enabled financial, commitment and asset data to flow into the project controls environment. The result is a connected operating model that gives teams and leaders oversight, confidence in forecasts, faster decisions and a traceable line from strategic investment choices to delivery outcomes.
Oracle Database 26ai introduces AI capabilities that enable organisations to build secure, business-specific AI agents directly within the Oracle Database. In this session, RPC will demonstrate how this technology can be applied to Primavera P6 EPPM, allowing users to interrogate project data using natural language and gain valuable project insights in seconds. By combining Oracle’s AI technology with Primavera P6 data, RPC has developed a series of practical scenarios showing how AI can enhance project controls, support informed decision-making and make project information more accessible, while retaining control of data and security within the Oracle platform. Attendees will gain an understanding of Oracle Database 26ai and Oracle AI Factory, see the technology applied to real P6 project scenarios, and explore how similar AI-enabled solutions could be developed for their own Oracle applications, data and business processes.
This session presents an overview of how the UK Ministry of Defence’s Submarine Delivery Group is working with Babcock and RPC to build a fully integrated P3M solution using leading Oracle products and services to support its delivery of the Nuclear Deterrent.
A good schedule creates structure, but people determine whether it becomes reality. In this interactive session, Paul Major will explore how different how our preferences and personality influence the way we plan, communicate, make decisions and deliver. Through fun exercises, participants will explore the balance between discipline and inspiration, outcomes and people, and what happens when different working styles meet under pressure. The session will challenge those involved in planning to look beyond the plan itself and consider how building rapport and engagement with others can help turn a technically sound schedule into an outcome people can (and want to!) actually deliver.
