In his current role, Joe is responsible for leading Global Alliances and Channels as well as Industry and Customer Innovation for Oracle’s Construction and Engineering Global Industry Unit. Leveraging Oracle’s three Industries Innovation Labs, Joe and his team evaluate new technologies that, coupled with Oracle solutions, enhance the delivery of projects across all asset-intensive sectors.
Marco Frisenda is a project controls conultant, with Agile and PRINCE2 qualifications, who specialises in engineering projects from multiple domains. With experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle, Isaac has delivered innovative, data driven solutions, that provide tangible benefits to clients and customers alike.

Nathan Lambert has 20 years’ experience in software design and implementation, specialising in Primavera Unifier and Contract Management (NEC4, FIDIC) to deliver clear, integrated project control solutions.
Raymond Poole, a Global PM and Primavera expert since 1992, holds an MSc in Project Management and has led major Oracle Primavera implementations worldwide.
Mark Gilbride has spent seven years with Oracle, helping UK and Ireland clients deliver projects using Primavera P6 EPM, Unifier, OPC, and Aconex.
Geoff Roberts brings over 40 years in project management, including 23 with Oracle CEGBU, where he directs Innovation & Industry Strategy for asset-intensive sectors.
Huw Cole has over 20 years' experience in project controls and is an expert in Oracle's Construction and Engineering software products. Huw works closely with key customers, oracle partners, and industry domain experts to work to ensure the best outcomes for Construction Engineering, Aerospace and Defence, Civil Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Asset Intensive, and Utility organisations.
Jason Hier, founder of Roelto and SharpCloud Business Partner, is an accredited ISO 44001 Collaboration Facilitator with experience spanning construction, engineering, and life sciences. Having worked with Lend Lease and Bovis Lend Lease, he now helps organisations align startegy with delivery through visual project portfolio roadmaps that simplify complexity and drive better decisions.
Jack Synnott is a Solutions Consultant at SharpCloud Software with expertise in strategic portfolio management, roadmaping, and risk management. He provides complex solutions advice and delivery to clients across the manufacturing, enegy and aerospace and defence sectors, working collaboratively to access key insights from a veriety of data sources.
Gary Macdonald has over 40 years in the Oil and Gas sector, initially in Marine & Aviation operations, the last 20 years has been spent in Operations and Business Planning supporting our offshore operations and long term plans. Responsible for the companies planning systems & procedures, providing coaching and supporting less mature affiliates across the world. Gwen Moran has a 35 year career, graduating as a chemist which began at GSK. Initially she worked as a chemist on pharmaceutical products.
Gwen transitioned into planing, logistics, and commercial roles which led her to Collabro currently as a Business Development Director. As a global role, it's allowed Gwen to work in various industries and countries with clients to improve their planning integration.
Santosh Bhat is an AACE PSP certified member based in Sydney, Australia with over 25 years' experience in project planning and scheduling to the infrastructure and construction industry. The desire to improve schedule understanding and communication led to Santosh, together with Rusty Johnson, Co-Founding and developing Turbo-Chart. Santosh also continues to operate as an independant consultant offering services in Planning/Scheduling and Schedule Risk Analysis.
Ricky is the UK Real Estate Controls & Performance Lead at Turner & Townsend, with extensive experience across a range of sectors including data centres, life sciences, aviation and utilities. Ricky is a specialist in the field, with a provden track record in embedding processes, driving perfomance and implementing data-centric solutions to enable successful outcomes for clients, protecting their investment decisions.
Karl is an Associate Director at Turner & Townsend with over 12 years of experience in project and programme controls. He is a subject matter expert in planning and project control systems, with particular expertise in implementing and administering tools, business planning processes, and standardised frameworks. Karl specialises in the life sciences sector, bringing deep industry knowledge and strategic insight to complex programmes.
