We’re delighted to be Platinum Partners at Project Controls Expo UK again for 2026, this year showcasing our work with Sizewell C in implementing an Oracle Primavera Unifier contract and project management solution to bring commercial control to one of the UK’s – and Europe’s – largest infrastructure mega-projects.
PCE UK, this year happening at Wembley Stadium on 2–4 November, 2026, remains one of the foundations of the project controls calendar. Bringing together sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and delegates from across the project controls community, it is a hub of knowledge, sharing, learning and connecting. The RPC team never fails to come back with a plethora of insights, a bank of new friends and connections and a couple of days’ worth of stimulating conversations held at our stand, in the hallways, around the presentations and after hours.
This year, we’re excited to be sharing the story of a major project RPC has been working on with Sizewell C. The nuclear new-build at Sizewell C is a long-term, highly regulated programme, operating at a significant financial scale that brings with it a stringent level of scrutiny. With multiple delivery partners, a mix of contracting approaches and contracts that will evolve of many years, decisions made early – particularly around contract management – have long-lasting consequences.
In our presentation, Greg Brown, Head of Productivity & Efficiency at Sizewell C and RPC’s Solutions Director, Nathan Lambert, will be exploring how the Primavera Unifier NEC4 configuration is being deployed and expanded across multiple contract types, including bespoke and alliance contracts. At this mega-project scale, effective project and cost controls depend entirely on a clear, governed understanding of the contractual position.
A discovery process that took time to understand how contracts were really being managed across multiple systems, spreadsheets and inboxes enabled RPC to define the right solution from the outset and avoid embedding existing risks or introducing processes that would be challenging to adopt. The result brought clarity to complexity: clarity on contracts, processes and governance, using Oracle Primavera Unifier technology to support decisions, not substitute for them.
Nathan Lambert, Solutions Director, RPC UK Ltd
Nathan Lambert is the Solutions Director at RPC UK Ltd., specialising in using Oracle Primavera Unifier to create enterprise contract management solutions. He leads the design, development and implementation of complex project controls and commercial management solutions for major infrastructure and capital programmes and is also responsible for solution strategy, design and delivery at RPC.
Nathan has a background in development of NEC Contract solutions and brings this extensive experience and a deep and practical knowledge of other commonly used contract types to his role at RPC. Through the design and delivery of our Unifier solutions, he enables organisations to improve governance, visibility, auditability, collaboration and control across large-scale projects in sectors including nuclear, defence, utilities and transportation. He is skilled in combining his deep technical expertise with a solid commercial understanding, translating complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions and delivering those to clients via executive workshops, requirements discovery sessions, solution demonstrations and other stakeholder engagement activities.
Within RPC, Nathan designed and developed our NEC Contract Management solution in Unifier, which Oracle now sells under licence from us, and has broadened the solution to align with FIDIC standards and other contract suites.
Greg Brown, Head of Productivity & Efficiency, Sizewell C Ltd
Nathan is joined in presenting at RPC by Greg Brown: Head of Productivity & Efficiency at Sizewell C, a role in which he leads initiatives that help teams deliver more effectively through process optimisation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making.
With extensive experience across major programmes and enterprise systems, Greg specialises in identifying practical opportunities to improve productivity, streamline delivery, and realise measurable business benefits at scale. His work focuses on ensuring that technology investments translate into tangible improvements in performance, efficiency, and user adoption rather than simply introducing new tools.
Passionate about turning complex organisational challenges into achievable outcomes, Greg works closely with business, technology, and delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and unlock lasting value. His approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, helping organisations realise productivity gains while maintaining focus on people, processes, and results.
Session D8: 10.10am in the Three Lions Bar
Together, Nathan and Greg will share some background about the Sizewell C project, set out the problem that the project aimed to solve, explore the reasoning that led the client to sleeve Oracle Primavera Unifier as the solution, walk through the implementation approach and what was delivered and then reflect on the challenges faced, lessons learned, value unlocked and key takeaways from the project.
If you’re interested in finding out more, Nathan and Greg will be kicking off the Day 3 presentations in the Delivery of Complex Projects & Programmes zone in the Three Lions Bar at 10.10am on Wednesday 4th November. Or come and find the RPC team at Stand 45 in the centre of the Partner Showcase area.
