Driving a strategic focus in Aerospace and Defence

Congratulations to our new Senior Account Manager, Jordan Cartmell, who moves from his Project Delivery Lead role into managing key RPC accounts within Aerospace and Defence.

At RPC, we help organisations to deliver complex, high‑profile projects by putting robust, practical project controls systems in place. Projects are often long – encompassing pre-sales, a discovery phase and frequently staged deliverables and subsequent deployments that build into a full platform solution as the customer matures with us and with their Primavera implementation.

As demand for our services continues to increase, we’re delighted to announce that Jordan Cartmell has moved into the new role of Senior Account Manager to grow our Business Development team and – in particular – to take ownership of key customer relationships, primarily within our Aerospace and Defence portfolio.

Jordan will be working closely with our consulting, technical and leadership teams – and in partnership with Oracle – across the full lifecycle of opportunity development in this exciting and growing space for RPC, supporting the adoption of solutions based on Oracle Primavera Unifier, P6 EPPM and Oracle Primavera Cloud.

Of course, Jordan isn’t new to RPC. He joined the company in early 2025 as a Senior Consultant, with a background in project planning and construction, then moved into the Project Delivery Lead role where he ran our internal PMO and project managed across a number of live projects.

He says, ‘I completed my P6 training with RPC in 2012 and being part of the Primavera community, I had been aware of RPCs growing reputation. Joining RPC was an opportunity to be part of a business where I could make an impact, work closely with some very interesting clients, help deliver solutions that solve real project challenges and also be part of a team with so many knowledgeable and enthusiastic people. The decision was a simple one. 

Since joining RPC in early 2025, I've had the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and industries, supporting clients with their project controls and delivery challenges. Moving into the Project Delivery Lead role allowed me to help shape internal processes and play a part in the continuous improvement of how we deliver projects across RPC.

What I've enjoyed most is the variety of opportunities RPC has provided. No two projects are ever the same, and I've already been fortunate enough to work with colleagues from right across the business, learning something new every day. The employee-owned culture means everyone is invested in helping each other succeed, and that's something that has genuinely stood out to me throughout my time here.

As I move into the Senior Account Manager role, I'm excited to build on the relationships I've developed through project delivery and support our clients from a more strategic perspective. Having worked closely with customers throughout implementations and project delivery, I understand the challenges they face and the value that the right solutions can bring. I'm looking forward to helping clients achieve their long-term objectives, strengthening our presence within the Aerospace & Defence sector, and playing a part in the continued growth and success of RPC.’
