In January 2021, Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) engaged with us to re-invigorate their Unifier implementation project using our pre-built, Oracle Primavera Unifier-based Solution Sets and by configuring their existing Oracle Primavera toolset.
We’re proud to announce that this month, the first major phase of the complete implementation (Earned Value Management) transitioned to a full production live system. This means that we are now moving into the Cost Management phase, which will be followed by a raft of subsequent phases that will build into a full suite of project controls solutions, including:
• Earned Value Management
• Cost Management
• Future Pipeline Planning
• Portfolio Scenario Planning
• Designing KPI Thresholds
• And many more
We will build all of these in Oracle’s Primavera Unifier which is integrated with P6 and the Ministry of Defence’s (MOD) internal project accounting tool - enabling DE&S and other MOD departments to drive efficiencies in many of their processes.
